Lake Eddins is a gated community nestled in the woods of East Central Mississippi located just west of Pachuta, MS. Lake Eddins was created with the fisherman in mind; you won’t see any skiing or sea-doos out here, just the simple pleasures of wetting a hook and those afternoon pleasure cruises. 700 acres of flooded timber make for some unbelievable fishing structure with some depths reaching 30 foot. Bass, Crappie, Bream and Catfish; we’ve got it all for you to take advantage of. If you’ve been to the lake before you already know about the wildlife that you get to see at Lake Eddins; the deer come in the yard like they’re happy to see you made it home. These are just a few of the things going on at Lake Eddins; we have building lots and properties available for the weekender as well as the full time resident.
